Ein mir bisher unbekannte Webseite namens „The People’s Voice“ schreibt Microsoft To Disable Computers of Users Who Share ‘Non-Mainstream Content’ Online
Ich hatte ja schon beschrieben, dass es Äußerungen von Microsoft und vor allem von Bill Gates gibt, dass sie End-zu-End-Verbindungen verbieten und sämtliche öffentliche, aber auch die Chat-Kommunikation, also die Nichtöffentliche, per KI überprüfen wollen, ob jemand Unbotmäßiges äußert. Das gesamte Verhalten soll überwacht werden.
Anscheinend geht man jetzt weiter und will Leuten, die unerwünschte Äußerungen tun, die Rechner sperren:

Es sieht danach aus, als wollte Microsoft seinen Einfluss auf Software und Betriebssysteme missbrauchen, um Wahlkampf und Meinungsäußerung zu steuern. Mag ja sein, dass sie das mit „issues around disinformation and misinformation“ begründen, aber was geht das ein privatrechtliches Unternehmen überhaupt an? Wie kommen die dazu, sich dazu aufzuspielen, in fremde Kommunikation einzugreifen, wenn sie – nicht mal sie persönlich, sondern eine ominöse KI – befindet, dass ihr irgendeine Information nicht gefällt? Ein orwell’sches Wahrheitsministerium ist eines, aber ein privatrechtlicher Konzern, der sich einfach selbst dazu ernennt und ohne Rechtsgrundlage in etwas eingreift, ist etwas ganz anderes. Und es ist nicht nur ohne Rechtsgrundlage, es wäre meines Erachtens in Deutschland strafbar.
Meines Erachtens ein komplettes No-Go für Microsoft. Das Zeug dürfte eigentlich gar nicht mehr verkauft werden.
